Information we collect
We do not require you to create an account to browse this site. If you leave a comment or use the contact form, we collect only the information you choose to provide in that form, such as your name and message, so we can respond to it. Standard server and security logs may record technical details such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site working.
Cookies
This site may use cookies for essential functions, such as remembering display preferences, and for basic, privacy-respecting analytics if enabled. You can control cookies in your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
Embedded content and links
Pages on this site link to third-party websites, including the official Wendy’s website. Those websites have their own privacy policies and are not controlled by us. Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you had visited that website directly.
How long we keep information
Messages sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of that correspondence. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including to ask for a copy, correction or deletion. To make a request, use the Contact Us page. No business address or personal email address is published on this site.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
